- ✓Your Ghana Card number
- ✓Your hometown, district and region of origin
- ✓Name of the Senior High School you attended
- ✓WASSCE index number and exam year
- ✓College / university and registration number (if enrolled)
- ✓A working email address and mobile number
- ✓Your father's and mother's full names
